We are located on Lubowa hill, Lubowa Garden Rise road off Lweza road.
What are your opening times?

Bloom Haven is open six days a week Monday to Saturday from 7.00am to 5.00pm.
How do I contact your company if I have any questions that need to be answered?

We are easily reached on the following numbers that are available 24 hours 7 days a week; 0785- 478 859. Our email, bloomhavenug@gmail is another option you are welcome to reach out to us.
How can I get to know the types of plants available in your nursery?

We have a catalog list of a variety of species and pictures of the actual plants in our nursery on the Bloom Haven website……….. which you are welcome to view.
What form of payment methods do you accept?

Payments to Bloom Haven can made through mobile money on the following numbers (MTN) 0785- 478 859, which we find fast, easy and secure. We are however, flexible to receiving cash.
Can I seek guidance on how to take care of the plants that I purchase from you?

Given our expertise in nurturing plants, we are more than happy to provide you with the necessary information on how to take good care of your plants. This is an after service that Bloom haven have undertaken to do for our customers.
Do you provide landscaping services?

At the moment we at Bloom Haven have not embarked on these services. However, we work with a number of landscapers with special green hands that offer a good service that we are happy to recommend to you.
Do you offer delivery services in the event I purchase from you?

We do offer delivery services for customers that that leave in a radius of 10-20 km from the nursey plant. Beyond this radius we are open to transport price negotiations with our customers.
